Velvento 19 - Here We Go...Again!

Upon our arrival back to Velvento from Kozani, the family did it again! There were close to thirty people at the house drinking and waiting to hang out with us, and though it wasn't as explosive with emotion and excitement as the first night, it was a great time. A lot of the family we hadn't yet spent time with drove from a neighboring village to spent the evening with us. Soon we were off to dinner in the town square with a large crowd as usual.







The kids in this village stay up as late as we do. They run around playing soccer and other games until 2 am! After all of the running and screaming, however, they often fall asleep before the night is through, regardless of what's going on around them.
