Alexandra kept asking us to stay longer. She flashed her heartwarming smile between faces of disappointment in repeated attempts to hold off our time constraints. Sadly though, we had to leave Skopelos Island. What a great experience we had meeting her and the...OUR...family. Like our friends at home (you all!) reading about Stefan's story, we've held every moment of this experience close to our hearts as you can imagine (and feel) how important it has been for my father to regain these connections after so much time apart from them. These are the kindest and most loving people you could ever hope to call kin. Until four days before, we had never met nor spoken to each other. After our brief visit, we unquestionably have the strongest of connections to share.
